Sharing files or folders on Onedrive is quick and simple.


  1. Firstly sign into onedrive online https://support.ertosunhouse.com/a/solutions/articles/10000074067
  2. You will then see all your files that are available on your Onedrive, including your Desktop, Documents and Pictures and any other folders you have created.
  3. Under the sharing tab you will see if they are Private or Shared already, click on the Shared/Private icon to open the manage access box.
  4. Click on the "Share" button to to set permissions for the link. By default it will be set to "Anyone with this link can edit"
  5. Click on the "Anyone with this link can edit" to add security options to your link.
  6. Press "Apply" once you have set your security settings, then press the copy link button.
  7. You will then have a link that you can share through email or teamsĀ
