Navigate Pro is the companion app for your IP handset. To use it:



1. Open the Navigate Pro application from the Start Menu:


 

Note: if you receive the following error, just click OK and relaunch the application


 

2. Click on the Settings button


3. Click User Configuration


4. On the User Configuration window select Partner and fill in the details:

  1. IP Address: 10.11.100.2
  2. Centralized Partner (CP): Enabled
  3. Login Code: can be left blank
  4. Number: your phone extension
  5. Login Code: your extension's PIN



Click Restart to save the settings


6. If you have logged in successfully, you will see your username at the top of the application. Clicking on the N logo will display your extension number.
