Downloading Microsoft Teams

If you are licensed to use Teams (check with IT if you're unsure) you can download it on your work PC/laptop and/or your personal PC/laptop.

You can also download Microsoft Teams on your mobile phone by downloading the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Go to https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads and click on the 'Download Teams' button

Teams will start downloading. Once downloaded, click on the installer.

After install, Teams will ask you to sign in. Please enter your work email address and the password you use to login to your PC/laptop at work

Teams will open and you'll be able to chat, meet and audio call as you're able to in the office.
