Visitor Sign Out

Tap the screen. Select Sign Out. Select your name and select “Tap to sign out”

Note: If a visitor doesn’t sign out, they will be automatically signed out after 24 hours

There is the ability to access and manage visitors via a web browser or mobile app and an evacuation list can be generated for signed in visitors, however…

In case of an emergency, Fire Marshalls should unplug the device and take it with them.

To access Sign In App on a web browser;

Go to https://my.signinapp.com/
Sign in with the following credentials:

USERNAME: [site@excelcareholdings.com]

PASSWORD: [password]

To view the evacuation list

Select “Evacuation list” on the top menu
To print, select “Print evacuation list”

To access Sign In App via a mobile app;

Download the “Sign In Companion” app on the Apple or Google Play Store
Click “Connect”, you will be asked for a code.

To generate the code

Go to the Sign In App tablet
Tap the screen, select “Fire Marshalls”
Select home and then “Options”
Select “Connect Companion App”
Select “Send by email”
Press “Finish”

A 5 digit code will be sent to your home’s shared mailbox. Enter the 5-digit code on your mobile device.

Note: 5 digit code is valid for 48 hours and can only be used once. If multiple fire marshalls need to sign in to the app at the same time, or you accidentally sign out of the app, a new code must be generated.

To view the evacuation list, press “Fire list”
