Note: This applies to a Samsung running v7 of Android. To find out if you're using this version, go to Settings then About Phone and finally Software Information. Check the 'Android version' at the top of the screen.


Should you be out of the office and not have access to a computer, you can set your out of office replies from your Samsung. The below instructions will show you how.


Go into the Email app, select the 3 lines at the top left of the screen and select the settings icon.




Select your work email at the top of the screen





Scroll down and select Out of office settings from the next screen to set your automatic reply





Move the slider to the right to turn the setting on and slide all other sliders to the right to turn them on. You can then specify a message for internal senders in the Message box and also external senders by just underneath when the slider for Send out of office auto-replies to external senders is on. Select Done once finished to set the automatic reply.
