On the Desktop of each Ablyss computer, and after you login to the server, is an application for staff to contact IT Support should they have an issue with Ablyss or the computer they're using (a picture of this is below). This is particularly helpful out of hours as IT Support is open from 8:30am-5-00pm, Monday-Friday.



Once you open the application, simply enter the issue (with as much detail as possible) in the green box and hit send. This will send an email to IT Support where we will respond as soon as possible.


Please note that this should only be used for issues with the computer, server itself (i.e. running slowly) or the user account (i.e. a locked account). If the issue is with Ablyss itself, please contact your Regional Supervisor.
